Shopping online is a little different now than it was even a few years ago.  I'm old enough to remember the earliest days of internet commerce.  We were really afraid to enter our credit card number or even to send a check to an online retailer.  Over time, most of us have gotten more comfortable buying goods and services online.  Here in the early part of the 21st century, most of us look for a few things to signal trustworthiness in online retail businesses.  We're willing to go with the system, but we want to have some reasonable assurances that our information won't be stolen and that we will be able assure eventual satisfaction as customers/consumers.  Here are the indicators that support the inference that Panyrgy.com is a safe place to purchase products online:

1.  SECURE PROCESSING:  We only use PayPal, the apparent winner in online payment systems thus far.  PayPal is used and trusted by millions of savvy people and their track record for security and general customer satisfaction is excellent.  All aspects of the financial transactions with Panyrgy.com are handled via PayPal's securely encrypted servers and processes.  Your payment information is not stored anywhere else and is transmitted securely.

3.  REASONABLE, UNDERSTANDABLE SATISFACTION POLICIES:  The proof is in the service and the products.  Our return policy is pretty generous.  We don't want to be taken advantage of, but it's extremely important to do everything reasonable to create a satisfying transaction for each and every one of our customers.  We do our best to very clearly describe our products, including measurements and any limitations to their functioning that we can determine.  A real human carefully examines every item before we ship it to decrease the likelihood that you will receive anything less than you expect.  If you do get something that doesn't work, we will replace it as soon as it is returned.  If you instead want a refund of your money, we will do that as soon as the product is returned.  We promise that we will work hard to keep you happy because we want you to come back and buy more stuff from us over the months and years to come.
